Do you restock any of your products?

We typically do not restock items after they've been sold out. However, we do restock out inventory with new items regularly.

Why isn't my promotional code working?

Promotional codes are not valid for collaborations with other brands, but otherwise, they do not expire and should work for our other drops. 

The item I got doesn't look like what was on the website

While we do our best to create our best to take the most accurate representation of the product for you, sometimes lighting affects the colour accuracy of item you see on the site and may not exactly match what you get. Nevertheless, it will be nearly identical and requests for refunds will not be granted.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping usually takes about 4-6 business days at most to process your order and another 2-3 days (usually) to arrive depending on your location if you are in the United States. Please note we ship via the United States Postal Service and cannot control or guarantee actual delivery dates as we have no control over your package once it has shipped.

International Shipping

ALL OF OUR PRICES ARE IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN CONVERTING TO YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.

We do offer international shipping and we currently ship worldwide. International shipping can take anywhere from 20 to 30 business days to arrive. All custom cost and import tax is at customers expense. You must pay this if you receive a notice from your country's relevant authority or the item will be sent back. As this is the law in your local jurisdiction, we have no control over this and cannot assist or include in our prices as we have no idea when these fees will be assessed or what they will be. 

Please note that we ship via the United States Postal Service and do not have control of your package once it has been shipped. If you are an international customer, we also have no control over your package's processing through your respective country's Customs office and you must contact them for further information. 

All information is available on your tracking number. We cannot contact the US Postal Service on your behalf, especially if your item has already left the United States. They also do not have access to anymore information than what is on your tracking number.

Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final although ONLY if we are contacted within 2 days of placing your order and if the desired item is available, we can also cancel orders but again, only if we are contacted within 2 days of purchase. WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES AFTER AN ITEM HAS SHIPPED UNLESS WE SHIPPED YOU THE WRONG ITEM. Please be sure to email us with your order number and the details of what you would like to exchange so we can address this as fast as possible.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS AND WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR THESE. 

We offer shipping insurance through Route which is available for you to purchase before checkout. Route will, subject to their applicable terms and conditions, replace your item or refund you if the item is sold out. If you do not purchase shipping insurance, please understand you do so at your own risk.

Please make sure when ordering you DOUBLE CHECK all shipping information, we are not responsible for shipments that do not make it to their location due to false shipping information. if you have entered the wrong shipping information, please contact us within 72 hours of placing orders.
